CURRENT PROJECT
INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY UPGRADE
Contracted to design, install & commission a whole site electrical supply upgrade. This upgrade will be in preparation for to install 160KW Peak solar PV system.
The site is having the 100kVA transformer replaced by a new 276 kVA transformer by the local DNO, this will then give the site a 400A per phase 415V supply.
Our task will be to relocate and build a new switchgear room and re-supply each business on site, connecting back all the existing supplies throughout the industrial estate.
There are many challenges when facing an installation of this size on dated properties, but with careful planning and communication with all parties we should have the site running on it's new supply and ready for solar PV installtion.
